They never answer the phone anymore have waited 25min 30min and more every time I need to call. Their fritzbox modem has no range at all and will not reach all 5 rooms in our house
Pros
they matched theoffer I got from another company when moving house
Cons
There is no customer service anymore just a phone line with distorted crap music. They say go online but I have been unable to log in to my account for days despite being very careful to enter the saved details that use to work. when I reset my password it works once then says it does not recognise my login name ...read more

Easy to sign up but got the wrong sign up address. New fibre was installed at an agreed time with no fuss.
Pros
Simple dign up. Installation cost not quoted up front. Fast turn around from order to install
Cons
Not many really except the hiccup about installation address.

I've been with Spark for a while and was on a legacy Total Home plan utilising entry level 100Mbps fibre. While the underpinning reliability of the Chorus service is fine (it's basically irrelevant which ISP you go with), Sparks support isn't either great or awful, but their price point is way out, particularly when its packaged with a mobile plan where you already get sticky add-ons like Spotify and Lightbox. They are also completely unresponsive to price matching for effectively equivalent services, trying to sell all sorts of non-existent and intangible "service" benefits. ...read more
Pros
Basic unlimited fibre that says what its going to do. When you do get a human to talk to, they tend to be helpful (once you get past the "rebbot your modem" script.
Cons
Pricing about 25%+ higher than competition. Spark Unplan options are a joke - unlimited is about $5 cheaper that the legacy plan that's been around for 4 years. The online bot is atrocious, or it may be an actual person cutting and pasting a script - it's actually hard to tell, but it is zero value add. Basically, it feels like Spark don't care about losing customers from their premium brand as they assume that incumbency / consumer laziness will ensure that enough people don't investigate the market. ...read more

Broadband plan and pricing were fine, however customer support was terrible, and am still awaiting a refund from bill over payment 3 months later. Would never use them again.
