Our experiences with NOW have been great. The service is fantastic. Quick, but most importantly they always seem to be friendly and get the job done.

Been with them a year. They never told me my bill was increasing on the end date. Offered poor solutions to inconsistent speeds.

1. Customer service is useless
2. They expect you to have wired internet not wife for speeds
3. Modem supplied barely got 400mb at best but drops out daily to less than 5mb.
4. Senior or tech people do not call you back
5. They dont report there failures and so keep getting

Recently moved to a new unite. My last ISP take 2 weeks but fail to connect internet. Contact hotshot who promise to connect in 4 hours which comes true finally. Excellent customer service.
