The speed from Client to Provider is very slow. ADSL - is less 0.2 Mb/s. Speed from Provider to client -s 8 Mb/s. It is impossible to watch anything. Useless support

I switched but ended up signing up onto the wrong provider as was going for 4 months half price neon and prezzy card deal anf cause of the orange divider lines thought that was slingshot and hit the wrong provider now stuck with that cause they have a $200 cancelation few

I have been with spark for years and have stayed loyal but here fees are ridiculous so I'm opting out after 15 years.

Customer service is out sourced and is painful. Broadband Slows down quite often at peak times
Price is high for what you get.

Got on via Actrix following takeover of Actrix by Voyager. Still deal with excellent Actrix help desk. With phone and landline included. Retained all my email addresses.

Faster (up to 120 Gbs), cheaper ($40/month).

Have had problems with dropping out, very slow to get fixed. Seem to get stuck in loop where each time we called we got asked the same questions and told to wait a week while they ran the same tests...
Time for a change.

Pros

Initially great, but service rapidly declined.

Hard to get consistent help.

Ridiculously slow. Cannot support an internet phone. Cannot, at times, even stream youtube.

Not as expensive as other options.

Cons

So slow that I am not sure if legally they should be able to call it Broadband. Less than 1Mb/s is not unusual during peak times. In an area with a strong signal.
