Had been a Spark mobile customer for 10+ years, but that made no difference in declining (with no notice) my routine FibreMax connection request to a newly purchased property. I just never herd back. Wasn't until I made contact, 5 days later, I was told an Admin error meant my request was declined days earlier! Even when I tried Re-submitting request, they simply defaulted to previous result, didn't even recheck or try fix their error, just straight NO!
Pros
One NZ connected service next day and happily transferred all mobile plans over too!
Cons
Absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Didn't entertain my efforts to rectify situation, and made no attempt themselves!

Spark make it difficult to cancel a service by design, further more the process requires the customer to provide feed back before they will act. They then follow up with automated platitude emails. They purport to offer customer service but their people are driven my management dictates within inflexible systems. If you can avoid Spark with an alternate supplier I recommend you do.
Pros
It worked
Cons
They are horrendous to deal with

Spark is a company that doesn’t give their customers the best bang for their buck. They rip customers off. I don’t recommend them at all.
Pros
Nothing
Cons
Too expensive. No value for money. Outsourced customer service reps who can’t even speak English properly.
