Avoid. Their entire customer service strategy seems to be to make it too hard to talk to them. Frequent disconnections and slowdown, difficult to change card details, unhelpful technical support
Pros
reasonable cost
Cons
everything but the cost

I have been with vodafone for a couple years or more. they have very very very bad customer service, the internet was terrible, especially during lockdown where my upload speeds of .41 mbps on average were useless for ZOOM and youtube uploading or live streaming. I am leaving them as soon as i find another ISP in Auckland. No New Zealanders will serve you also if you are a New Zealander.
Pros
nil
Cons
too many but speed very poor, worst customer service, poor value for spend, no local helpdesk support, they are all in India and couldn't understand our local language differences.

Probably the worst customer service in NZ, we'd already decided to leave and gave notice to vodafone that we'd need the service until 27th June, but they cut us off 2 days later! My partner writes everything down when dealing with them because they messed up too many times, took the guys name who she dealt with so she could quote the conversation back but they could not give a damn, but the new provider bent over backwards to get our internet back up and running the next day, brilliant!!

After 9 years with vodafone they show no loyalty to the customer, you are just a number, so buck up your ideas vodafone or you will lose many more customers!
